(“DIFC”) in 2013 and licensed by Dubai Financial Service Authority (“DFSA”) to provide Insurance Intermediation Services and Insurance Management Services as defined by DIFC and DFSA laws and regulations. GMRB developed reinsurance solutions between international and regional direct insurers and reinsurers, advising on placing both facultative and treaty business.
